Welcome!

AUTUMN 2009

After an amazing summer of activity all around Europe, most of us a settling into new circumstances. Sadly we've seen many bands break up over the last few months including Onehundredhours, Quench, Finchley and our good friends, The Repercussion who managed to get out to several of the European festivals as well as touring Wales before ending. Becky and Dan and recent new member, Tom on bass, are currently writing and recording demos for an as-yet-unnamed new project.

Other changes in our community are...

  • Matt Gainsford of BOSH is now studying worship in the USA and will be there till the end of May. Matt has been replaced by Felix Page of the Tom Whitman band for the time being.
  • Mike Griffiths, also of BOSH and the Tom Whitman band is now studying commercial music at Bath Spa.
  • Dylan and Liz Thomas of Grace Festivals fame have formed a new band, a vocal group called Four In The Fire.
  • The Plymouths have ceased gigging for the time being in order to concentrate on writing and planning the next move for the band.
  • Richard Gawler, former frontman of Fool Proof Plan, last seen two years ago, has begun a church song project under his own name. See more at www.richardgawler.com

We are starting a new regular gathering for prayer and catching up in Bournemouth. It'll be on the last Thursday of every month. Contact me on dave@nth-degree.net for more info.
